If it doesn't work, we refund your tuition.
What we promise
Show up live for all 8 sessions of your cohort and complete the exercises. If you don't have all three of the following within 48 hours of the final session, email us and we'll refund every dollar.
- 1.A clear Second Act Purpose Statement that lights you up and provides clarity on where you're headed.
- 2.A prototype designed to propel your Second Act forward. A vibe-coded app, a website, a tool.
- 3.A Chief of Staff that knows your background and your direction, plus at least one skill or agent running real work on a schedule.
How to claim it
Email hello@secondactshift.com within 48 hours of the final session of the cohort you attended. Tell us which of the three you didn't end up with and why. We'll process the refund within 10 business days.
The fine print
You qualify for the refund if all of these are true.
You attended all 8 live sessions of the cohort you applied for. Missing sessions, even for valid reasons, voids the guarantee. If you anticipate missing a session, talk to us before the cohort starts.
You completed the assignments between sessions. The work is part of the program. The guarantee assumes you did it.
You requested the refund within 48 hours of the final session. After that window, we can't offer it.
This is our promise to people who show up and do the work. We've designed the two weeks carefully and we stand behind it. If we don't deliver, you shouldn't pay.
