Live Executive Conversation
Rewriting the Résumé, Not Starting Over
You've built expertise that took years, if not decades, to earn. Now you're wondering how much of it transfers, and how to walk into a new industry with credibility instead of starting from zero. Join a live conversation on exactly that, with Sahara Bushue, who spent 15+ years building hit TV before stepping away from her role leading Unscripted LIVE Programming at Netflix.
We'll keep it informal. Here's what we'll cover:
- A spotlight on Sahara's path: from the NBC Page Program to America's Got Talent, to Head of Unscripted Studios at Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's Westbrook Inc., to leading Netflix's live programming slate, and now exploring leadership roles at creator-focused and tech-driven companies.
- Group roundtable on how seasoned professionals translate deep expertise in one industry into credibility in a field where they're starting a fresh track record.
- Q&A and best-practice collaboration on what's actually working for peers making a transition right now, and the conventional career advice they'd drop this time around.
